You have just a plate filled with milk. It has to be flat because it only works in this shape of a bin. In this liquid you put some food colouring with a hypodermic syringe. When you have finished this work the next step in this experiment is the insertion of some dishwashing detergent. You have to trickle some drops of this liquid directly on the food colouring. The next step you have to do- is watching. In the moment when the first drop fall onto the surface you can see on the spot the reaction. The milk and the food colouring are merging together. This reaction works about ten minutes till it’s done.
